Brian Mattison

Brian was professional, considerate, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. He was accommodating to my needs, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure I felt supported from start to finish. His communication was impeccable, which made the process feel much smoother and less stressful. I truly appreciated his guidance, responsiveness, and professionalism, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Did an amazing job, went above and beyond to make sure a close on both houses happened same day.

I met Brian in Virginia Highlnds to look at a house in July. Buying near Virginia City is a little tricky because it is a very small market. We looked a couple homes and did quite a bit of research. Ended up finding a place and moved quickly on it. Brian helped navigate some negotiations with the seller for some repairs that were needed. We were able to get the repairs done and move in. This is the 4th house I've bought in my lifetime; this was by far the smoothest purchase. I would recommend Brian.
