Carolyn Cobbs

Carolyn was incredibly helpful and very attentive, especially with a first time home buyer. We changed our plans based on the timing of purchasing and focused on different aspects of the home purchase process. She helped explain things and guide me through changing my expectations, but ended up with a solid home for a first time home owner. I would recommend her to whole heartedly

Carolyn Cobbs was a dream to work with! She knew the area well and was able to direct us. She was willing to go the extra mile as we were buying from out of town. She navigated difficult sellers for us and gave us top notch advice and service. I would highly recommend Carolyn Cobbs to everyone!

Carolyn is an excellent agent because she is a genuinely good and decent person to her core. I could not have chosen a better person to navigate me through the challenging yet rewarding experience of buying a home. Carolyn was a God send and I cannot say enough good things about her and how blessed I was to have her help me. Plus, she did not let me go once the deal was finished . She is still offering assistance and guidance as I get settled in my new home. That is exceptional, unparalleled service!!!
