Carrie Schmidt

Carrie was our selling and buying agent and she went above and beyond in both cases. Our house had proven very difficult to sell, but Carrie understood the circumstances and used her creativity in marketing to get it sold. During both the buying and selling process, Carrie provided white glove service that went way beyond what I was expecting from an agent. Both transactions were on consecutive business days, and while the process will never be stress free, Carrie made us feel prepared and was always on it whenever we had questions or uncertainty. I would highly recommend Carrie to anyone and would definitely work with her again, if the need should arise.

cannot recommend Carrie highly enough! From start to finish, she exceeded every expectation I had when it came to selling my property. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication were evident at every stage of the process. Carrie took the time to truly understand my goals and made smart, strategic recommendations that helped position the property perfectly. Her marketing approach was both creative and effective—resulting in strong interest and multiple offers. What stood out most was her constant communication, attention to detail, and calm, confident demeanor throughout the sale. Thanks to Carrie, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and ultimately very successful. She not only sold my home quickly, but negotiated a fantastic deal that I’m thrilled with. If you're looking for an agent who will go above and beyond to deliver results, Carrie is the one to call. I'm incredibly grateful for all her hard work and would absolutely work with her again.
