Casey Kadom

We had the pleasure of working with Casey from the Steven Sarasin Team as our real estate agent in the downtown Toronto area. He was exceptional in every aspect of our transaction. We initially worked with him to lease a condo and were so impressed that we chose to work with him again when buying our condo. Casey guided us through the buying process with professionalism and expertise, even going above and beyond by working during his vacation time to help us put in the offer. He was always prompt in answering questions and addressing any concerns we had. He truly went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful experience. We consider Casey not just an agent, but a personal friend and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an exceptionally dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent. We will definitely be using him again in the future and will be recommending him to all our friends and family.

We had the pleasure of working with Casey Kadom from the Steven Sarasin team for the second time and he did not disappoint. From finding us our first lease to purchasing our first home in Toronto, Casey has been our guide every step of the way. We had specific needs regarding our budget, neighbourhood, and proximity to workplaces, and he worked relentlessly to satisfy them all. We are so thankful to him for all of the effort he put in, making himself available at all times, and the amount of care he put into the most important purchase we've ever made. We will gladly recommend Casey to friends and are excited to work with him again in the future.

Casey was an attentive agent who really understood what I needed from an agent. He went above and beyond to support my needs in the current market. Casey really understands his clients and makes working together a pleasure.
