Chancie joines

Chancie was a knolegeable and attentive to details realtor. She helped us with selling our condo and also with buying a new one. She spent lots of time to show us properties, to advise and answer questions and we really appreciate all the hard work she did. We were very happy with the price we sold our condo with, and with the price we bought our new one. We would definitely recommend Chancie and her team to buy or sell your property.

Chancie was wonderful, calm, polite and very knowledgeable. She helped us through the whole process and helped to sooth nerves whenever they came up! She also was very responsive and she listened to our wants for timing and all over vision for the feel of our home for sale.

Chancie is really good at this. She helped me narrow down not just the area, but also work through the available options for specific houses. She was always looking at different considerations that could create a better outcome.
