"If you are considering selling or purchasing a new home and you’re not sure who to go with; Diana MacDonald. Hands down, no brainer. Her and her husband are a fantastic team! They are very honest and upfront with a no-nonsense mindset. It’s rare to find somebody who isn’t there for just a nice commission. No no, Diana is there to help for ALL the right reasons. My dad was in the hospital from July 31st-Dec of 2021 and not once did she let the house just sit there and welt away. Oooooh no, she made sure it was winterized, she constantly checked in on the house and made sure it was always in tip-top shape. She is so dedicated and determined to do right by the seller/buyer that she only gives 110%.

She literally helped us negotiate and reach an agreement on our current home on extremely short notice while she was on vacation in Mexico and she still got the tough negotiations and back and forth with the seller done so we did not lose out on the home we wanted. Diana is extremely professional. She knows what buyers are looking for and takes the time to help get the house to the best condition to receive the best offer. In our case, several offers!
Diana's help with staging was invaluable. She showed us how to use our own furnishings and decor to better appeal to all buyers. For the rooms we had already emptied, Diana had furnishings to define the spaces. Diana's suggestion to remove the rugs to highlight the wood floors was the best suggestion - ever. We may never cover our hardwoods again!"

"I was referred to Diana MacDonald by my mother and father for my first home search after they had previously worked with her and said she was the best. Needless to say i was a little overwhelmed with the process initially but Diana was wonderful in walking me through and showing me many different options and things to consider. Diana was also extremely patient and available at all times for me to answer my questions. She made the searching process easy and was invaluable in giving me honest opinions about different places we went and saw. When I finally found the place I wanted we lost out 2x on different bids but Diana kept on it and my offer was finally accepted (at the prices I wanted not the seller). She also brought a wealth of knowledge not just on the home buying process but also great referrals for me to make my first house truly my own with very professional contractors she trusted.
