Dave Flandro was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. It was a less than ideal time time to be listing a house with the current interest rates/inflation but he did everything possible to get it noticed, looked at, and sold. I appreciate his hard work to get the sale finalized.

Dave has been a friend and yet has been extremely professional and concerned for our needs and wants. He was away when we closed on the new property and yet he checked in with us and with the mortgage company and made things go as smoothly as possible. We would recommend him again to others--and have recommended him to our daughter. He has gone out of his way to make himself available to us and to make openhouses of our home and viewings of other properties as advantageous and workable as possible.
