David Rottkamp

Working with Dave Rottkamp to sell our lake house was an outstanding experience. His expertise in the local market, attention to detail, and thorough preparation made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dave’s communication was exceptional from start to finish, keeping us informed every step of the way. Thanks to his knowledge and strategy, our home sold incredibly quickly. We highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated real estate agent.

Terrific agent, even better person. David is mild mannered but asertive when he needs to be (dealing with sellers agent) One of the greatest strengths he brings is his extensive knowledge of home repair and construction. Working with him often feels like having a general contractor by your side, not just a real estate agent. We purchased a home with David in the past and were fortunate to find something quickly. For our second property, he spent nearly two years guiding us through countless showings until we found the perfect fit. Not once did he make us feel rushed or pressured. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their agent. Thank you again, David.
