Diane Cadogan Hughes

Diane Cadogan Highes was a wonderful agent. She was responsive, extremly knowledgeable, and personable. All of her recommendations for inspectors and house work were fantastic and she was truely with us every step of the way. Could not sing her praises enough.

We very much enjoyed working with Diane Cadogan Hughes (& Mimi Henning)! She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. This was our first time going through the homebuying process, and she took the time to sit down with me and walk me through the steps, letting me know what to expect. She was never more than just a call/text/email away, and she communicated with me through every stage. She had trustworthy contacts and resources for us to use throughout the process as well, so we were in great hands every step of the way! Diane was incredibly excited for my family and I to purchase our new home, and we would 100% work with her again!

We were first time home buyers with very little understanding of the home buying process or the market. We attended an open house that Diane was showing for a sellers agent, and we instantly hit it off! She took the time to get to know us, our needs, and asked us thoughtful questions about our home search thus far. We knew that we found our realtor! Within a few months of meeting Diane, we went from not being sure of our budget, location, etc. to buying our home!!! We are so lucky to have had Diane guiding and supporting us along the way. The house we fell in love with and ended up buying was not the easiest to close on. There were many situations that were challenging to navigate with the seller/sellers agent, but Diane handled each conversation professionally and with urgency. Diane was responsive throughout the process, a STRONG advocate for our needs, and incredibly knowledgable. I would absolutely hire her again and again. You will be in good hands!
