Eric Hinton

We had an excellent experience working with Eric Hinton! From start to finish, Eric was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to help us get to the closing table. We never felt pressured or rushed, and we always felt like Eric had our best interests in mind. Buying a home can be stressful, but Eric made the process much easier and more enjoyable. We highly recommend Eric Hinton to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. Thank you, Eric, for everything!

Eric Hinton was recommended by a family member who knew him from a bible college. While not the primary reason for using Eric, knowing he was a Christian brother gave us an added sense of peace that he was going to be honest and straightforward with us. Having looked at the houses in the area we wanted to do a new build, we already decided which builder we wanted to build our semi custom home. So for us, it was about needing Eric's expertise in negotiation to get the best possible deal we could. And thankfully, Eric was able to help us structure the deal to get the home floor plan we wanted, for the purchase for the price we wanted, and most of the terms we wanted. I would absolutely recommend Eric to anyone looking for their next home.
