Frank Borek

Frank was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was tasked with selling the home of an elderly relative. It was a difficult job, especially because I live in another state. I only had a short time in NJ to accomplish a lot. The most important thing on my list was to secure the services of a real estate agent that was experienced and knowledgeable in the Bloomfield, NJ area. At our first meeting, Frank came prepared. He had researched similar homes that had recently sold, as well as homes that were active listings that my home would be competing with. He explained how he would market the property in a way that would attract the interest of hundreds of buyers during the open house. (And amazingly he was correct). But, it turned out that there were hidden issues with the home. Frank was on top of everything and worked through the issues successfully. Communication was key since I was an absentee seller. He was easy to reach via text and cellphone. I highly recommend Frank Borek!
