Recommendation
Garrett took extra steps to communicate with me in spite of my busy schedule, and he stepped in to resolve minor issues with mitigating smoke odors in the home. He collated and shared feedback from other realtors as they took their clients to the home. The feedback plus Garrett's advice convinced me to invest in an air purifier and ozone machine, which mitigated the issue and netted maximum value for the home. Both the listing and closing process was made easy with the documents that he set up for online signing, which was important since I was away from town during closing. I highly recommend Garrett!
