Working with Gary Forro was an absolute pleasure! As newcomers to the country, we had no idea how buying a house in the U.S. worked. We first met Gary when we began our search to down size from a single-family home to a townhouse. After multiple attempts to find a town home that had a first floor primary with an adequate sized primary bath and an HOA that allowed a fence for our dog, Gary became aware of a listing before it went on the market that met our requirements and arranged a showing. Ultimately we bought that property. After closing on the new property Gary was also our selling agent for our existing home. He carefully guided us through the process and liaised with the title company to resolve issues. Gary is an experienced real estate agent who knows the business.

Gary went above and beyond to explain everything, and gave us tips and advice on how to make a good offer. We would definitely work with Gary again.
