Ian Daku

We started our home-buying journey in April 2025, and after nearly a year and probably 50 viewings, we can confidently say having Ian as our realtor made all the difference. Throughout the entire process, Ian was incredibly prompt, patient, and reliable with communication. We’d often text him to arrange viewings, and he always responded quickly and worked around both our schedules to make things happen. Our priorities changed many times throughout the journey — from standalone homes, to fixer-uppers, to even condos as the market became increasingly competitive and discouraging. Through it all, Ian never made us feel pressured or talked us down. Instead, he consistently helped us weigh the pros and cons of each option while keeping our long-term goals in mind. After 12 months of searching, we finally found our home, and Ian made the entire process feel smooth and organized from start to finish. We’re incredibly grateful for his professionalism patience throughout this journey.

Ian was fantastic to work with! From the initial meeting to the closing of the sale, he was professional, knowledgeable, and timely. He understood how important the process was to me, and over delivered. We will be using him to sell our other home in the coming months, and again for the purchase of our next home. Thanks Ian!
