James Hicks

James is an incredible agent and made the process of buying a home while I was living in a different state so easy! He really understood what I was looking for and helped me buy my perfect 1st home.

James was super helpful and understanding of what my family needed when finding our home. He explained the process very well, as we were first time buyers. He did his best to find us a home when we needed it and to make sure we got the best deal.

James was always available to me and always on-time. His knowledge of the Fort Collins Real Estate market is always current and easily relied on. Jame is alsways pleasant and eager to assist, day or night. I was quite pleased with his service to me at all times throughout the buying process. I would recomend him in a heartbeat. Stephen Smith
