Jeff Meador

Jeff was amazing from day one until signing. He helped us extensively as we were from out of state and did not know the areas at all. He was honest and gave his opinions to help us make the best decision for us moving forward. We are very happy and lucky to have worked with Jeff.

My girlfriend and I had a really bad experience with a previous realtor. From the first meeting with Jeff he was professional, attentive, transparent, informative, and caring. Jeff listened and assured us he could make it happen by our deadline of when we needed to have a home. Through every property we walked through he didn't waste any of our time. Jeff told us straight up if we weren't buying a property because of his knowledge of homes and what home buyers should avoid. We appreciated that kind of protection and it made us feel like we could trust the advice and guidance he gave us. Jeff is knowledgeable about every aspect of the realty industry so he is very transparent and will provide all the information he can to help you make in informed decision. Overall, Jeff exceeded our expectations and we will be using him in the future for all our home buying/selling needs.
