Jess Wilde

Jess was so knowledgeable and extremely thorough when it came to every detail. Her expertise and understanding of the house buying process was beyond anything I could have imagined. She was always available whenever we texted and she always responded promptly. Her energy and approachability were calming and peaceful! The way that she constantly encouraged us throughout the process was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend Jess Wilde from Beyond Realty to anybody I know looking to buy a house in the future.

We had to deal with buyers who changed their mind and the final buyer who just took awhile to sell her place too. All of that bothered me but Jess didn't deal with it like that; she was just sure my old place was nice and would sell again. She was always positive about my house and my work to get it ready for showings. I could feel her love for her job and for me! She gave me a lot of gifts when I moved in, a big surprise which has never happened for me before! She helped me find people to clean out my shed, to wash my carpeting, etc. Jess was the best realtor I have ever dealt with and I am so glad she was referred to me by my niece, who is a realtor in Minnesota.
