Me and my fiancé were going to random open houses for months and met tons of realtors. A coworker of mine highly recommended Joanie to me and my fiancé. We met here in person and decided to go with her over all of the other realtors we met. She just seemed really knowledgeable and honest. We both had a really good feeling about her. Good vibes. She started getting a feel for us and found a bunch of houses for us to look at. We locked down the areas we wanted to move and she helped us tremendously in the home buying process. Found the house we wanted, put in an offer and negotiated back and forth. We got the house we wanted in our desired neighborhood. Closing was smooth. Oh forgot to mention she and her husband walked us through every step including the home inspection and stuff. Final walkthrough etc. Definitely recommending her to friends and family. We will probably live in this house for a bit. But if we ever decide to move again we will definitely go with her again
