Joseph Carpenter

This was a hard one. Contract was placed on house prior to ours. Joe still continue to monitor the status of it and when it failed for other party, Joe contacted me. Secured the contract. Joe is one that doesn't give up until the ink dries. Joe even reviews the closing paperwork to ensure his clients are getting what we ask for. I couldn't be more pleased with Joe from start to finish.

Joe very knowledgable in real estate. Has very good communication skill. Available to answer any question you may have. Go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Make the whole process so easy. Will walk you through step by step of the process. Highly recomend him

Joe was always available to answer any questions from the simplistic to the most complicated. I could not be more pleased with the purchasing experience we had and I will recommend Joe to all my friends and family when / if they plan to sell or purchase.
