Joseph Sledzinski, a lifelong Northeastern PA native, grew up in a family of 10, honing his negotiation skills from an early age! A proud U.S. Navy Seabee veteran, Joe spent 6 years traveling the world as a builder in the Navy’s construction battalion.

Joe’s commitment to his community is unwavering, with over 30 years of service as a volunteer firefighter and Dive Rescue Captain for the Ledgedale Dive Rescue Team since 1992. He also serves on the local planning commission.

After retiring from his successful excavation business, Joe earned his real estate license in 2003. Since then, he has earned multiple Quality Service Awards and prestigious CENTURY 21 honors, including Centurion, Ruby, and Emerald Awards, thanks to his dedication and hard work. Joe’s passion for serving others shines in everything he does!
