Josh Ganjavi

Josh did an awesome job selling our house! He does his homework and is well prepared and knowledgeable of the real estate climate. He is very trustworthy and dependable. He also goes the extra mile in planning and doing open houses. He is also very reachable and flexible in answering questions and understands real estate. We had some challenges along the way and Josh took care of us through the process!

We are so grateful for the care and professionalism Josh Ganjavi showed while helping us sell our father’s home. This was an emotional and unique situation for our family, and he was incredibly attentive and sensitive to our needs from start to finish. Josh communicated clearly and consistently, making sure we always understood what was happening and what to expect next. He took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that felt manageable. During negotiations, he was a strong advocate for us, ensuring our interests were protected and guiding us toward the best deal. His knowledge, patience, and genuine compassion made a difficult process much easier. We truly appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a realtor.
