Joyce Chang

I am very satisfied with the results Joyce Chang delivered in selling my condo. Her deep understanding of the challenging market, combined with a thoughtful pricing and marketing strategy, quickly led to multiple offers and a successful sale, while similar units in the area remained on the market for months. Joyce was professional, responsive, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. She was able to navigate the complexities of the HOA, CC&Rs and property management company, and she was effective in working with multiple parties to complete the transaction smoothly. My family has trusted her with three real estate transactions in three entirely different markets (each between $1-2M), and every experience has been exceptional. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and an excellent communicator who consistently does things the right way and delivers outstanding results.

Joyce did an excellent job at assisting us with the purchase of our home. We've worked with other real estate agents before and not one of them can compare to the quality of service we received from Joyce. She took the time to get to know us to learn what we were looking for. Once we found the perfect property, she pushed and fought to get it for us at the lowest price possible without comprising the sale. Her communication and attention to detail was superb. I am so dissapointed we didn't work with her on previous home purchases. I would definitely recommend Joyce to anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate agent that goes above and beyond for her clients.
