Julie MODARESSI

What can I say about Julie! I was very happy to have met her, she was very helpful, funny and warm hearted!! She helped me by working with my schedule to make the house hunting a smooth experience. Finding what you want in your next home is never easy, but when you have a agent that is truly on your side, they make sure you find it!! Once again thanks Julie for your efforts and kind heart!!!

One of the best people I've ever met in my life, even though she had many clients I always felt like I was the only one I will forever recommend her to all my friends and people I meet. Very attentive to every little detail.

We loved working with Julie Modaressi! This was our first time buying a house and we learned so much from her throughout this entire process. She is truly a wealth of knowledge. We told her what we looking for and she was in constant communication with us as houses that fit our needs went on the market. Julie would then schedule home viewings as soon as possible. She advocated for us wholeheartedly and made sure to communicate our concerns to the seller's realtor. Most importantly, she didn't just want us to buy any house. She wanted us to buy the RIGHT house. She had no problem expresssing her own concerns about the homes we were seeing and she put us in contact with an equally awesome home inspector. We were more than commission to her, she truly cared about our young family, and we are beyond grateful. We can't recommend Julie enough!
