Julio Del Rio

Even though Julio is extended family to us, we still had the same expectations of him as we would have of any other unknown representative and would have held him to those standards if we needed to. He watched out for our best interests and represented us well, calling out the nonsense of perspective buyers agents when needed. He is not rushed but methodical in his approach. We have and will continue to recommend him to anyone in need.

Julio took interest in the sale like it was his house, he negotiated with the buyers to get the most money without all the costs. He was in constant contact with me even when he had to go to Georgia. He handled me with kid gloves and answered all my questions.
