Karen Forrest

Karen was incredible during the entire process. We were slow to really get the ball moving and Karen wasn't pushy or overbearing at all. She let us dictate the pace, but once she realized we were truly ready to go she was all action. We appreciated her attentiveness and attention to detail. No stone was left unturned. Highly recommend if you want someone who you know will do a great job!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Karen Forrest to buy our first home, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Karen’s communication was clear and consistent, and her professionalism and deep knowledge made us feel confident every step of the way. She went above and beyond to check all the details that mattered to us. Even after closing, she continued to support us by reaching out to the seller to help us get the information we needed. We’re so grateful for her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
