She was so amazingly knowledgeable, reassuring and overall just so wonderful through the whole experience of buying for us! She made sure to hear all our concerns and come up with a step by step plan for our busy family and really made us feel like she had our back and we were taken care of! We couldn't express enough how thankful we were to have her as our agent and if we were to ever move again we wouldn't do it any other way than with Katherine!

"Kat is and incredible woman and a phenomenal realtor! She came in and helped us stage our home and suggested some things she would do to help spruce the place up and possibly sell with ease. We got an offer the first day out house went up for sale. Mind you this is all based off of her suggestions all while we have a home of three small boys and two dogs all in the middle of a Covid pandemic! She’s literally Wonder Woman! We got a full price offer and the sale went so quickly! This was when the pandemic first started and she was able to get our house sold! We had so many doubts and she was right there reassuring us that we would be able to sell our home and land in our dream home! She was so incredible that we used her as our realtor to buy our new home as well! So as we are losing our minds she’s selling our home and at the same time putting us into our new one! "Kat is the most amazing woman we’ve ever met! She went above and beyond for my family and when we felt defeated working with a horrible builder she was right there to help us and make everything better! She spear headed everything and was always what seemed to be 10 steps ahead. She informed us of things we didn’t even know we could do. For example getting our own inspection even though the builder had his done. We had a previous run in with this builder before and later found out that many things weren’t done correctly but because we didn’t know we could have our own inspection we later were faced with unnecessary repairs. She was our only bit of peace in the purchase of our dream home. We couldn’t have picked anyone better! Even with the silliest of questions we had for her she was always so welcoming and never hesitated to help us! We honestly couldn’t have done this without her! She is truly the best at what she does!! She put our needs first and is truly our saving grace!"
