Katie Pache

Katie was phenomenal. She helped us find the perfect home and went out of her way to support us through every part of the buying process. When unexpected issues came up — including a gas leak and a yellow jacket infestation — she was instrumental in helping us get everything resolved. Her dedication, knowledge, and professionalism made all the difference. We couldn’t have done this without her.

Katie Pache was extreamly easy to work with. She was very informative and communicated clearly. She made sure we knew what to do to get our house market ready and even helped us prep. Katie was very honest and realistic about timing. Once the house was live we were confident in all of our options with incoming offers and she made the sale a breeze.
