Kayly Malinas, PA

Kayly was very kind and respectful as I was selling my condo after the loss of my husband . She was very considerate of my need for a fast sale and knowledgeable in pricing to sell ... I appreciated her help in negotiating the sale and closing paperwork. Her knowledge was extremely important to me in calming my anxiety as this was my first time ever selling real estate by myself.

I can't say enough good things about Kayly. She was prompt, professional and prepared right frome the 1st phone call. We are out of state and she went out of her way to explain each step and made the listing and selling process extremely easy. The most important part however, was her willingness to go above and beyond to help us get the place ready for sale and she worked to help make things easy for my Dad who needed assistance with multiple things to facilitate everything from the sale itself to the move out. I have worked with brokers before but none is kind and willing to assist as Kayly. She provided the help we needed and much more. I did not even get to the part about how quickly we got a reasonable offer. That was largely due to her strategy and legwork as well. You cannot and will not go wrong working with her. I am truly greatful for her help as she helped make a difficult time for my family much easier. She truly cares about her clients. She is amazing!

Kayly has shown and demonstrated a level of care and commitment to realty, from local knowledge to knowing who to call or recommend if services are required. Kayly was a pleasure to work with, we look forward to a long lasting relationship with her for future endeavors.
