Keira was simply phenomenal. We had a rare occurrence and wanted to move quickly. She gave us multiple options and was very thorough to show us how to reach our end goal. We took her recommendations, made the changes necessary and we got above list price for our home. Her counsel has been spot on and her poise and professionalism is superb! We love working with her and will definitely recommend her to friends and family! Keira's performance has been outstanding! She has delivered on every promise and has kept us apprised at every turn. She has proven to give sound advice and her professionalism is top notch!

Keira was all the confidence I needed in choosing Coldwell. She is an intelligent, experienced, outstanding individual and I knew that I could trust her to assist me in this life changing process. The selling agent served as an agent and a broker, and early on in the process it was clear that he had spread himself too thin. He was largely neglectful with communication during the deal which made it difficult for Keira to negotiate the price and exchange contract information. However, she knew I was in love with the property, so she was dedicated to making sure that she buffered all of the confusion from the selling agent. She went above and beyond to make me feel confident in moving forward despite his shortcomings. She is a wonderful asset to your team and I would definitely use her services in the future!
