Kim Wong Balisacan

To us, there's no better sales agent than Kim. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction, and always came up with practical, yet creative solutions. Her advice was always well thought out and appropriate to all situations. Her communication skills with us were exceptional, responding to all our questions in a most timely manner. Kim demonstrated her knowledge of real estate and business acumen especially during interactions with the Buyers' agent. We always felt she was looking out for our best interests. We could not find a better, more professional agent than Kim and have already recommended her to our friends.

Working with Kim again was the best choice I could've made! She went above and beyond my expectations, going out of her way to make sure my sale went through, assuring that I was happy with the outcome. Absolutely cannot recommend her enough!!!

Having worked with Kim Wong Balisacan as both a Seller and Buyer in about 5 transactions I have come to know and trust her recommendations and judgments. She is extremely helpful and encouraging and I recommend Kim Wong Balisacan very strongly ..... 5 stars!
