Kim Marty

I have worked with Kim before on selling a property. It's very easy to communicate with her and she always returns calls and text messages. I trust her so much that I have referred her to other family members too and I know they were super impressed by her. She works very hard for her buyers and her sellers.

Kim stepped in to work with us when our relator had a family emergency. She was very professional and valued our opinion on what we wanted in a home. She helped us put in two different offers and walked us through the whole process and was very flexible with her hours to be able to work with us. Kim is a very positive person and I will be recommending her to my friends and family.

Kim has been great to work with. She led us through the mounds of paperwork efficiently. When two potential permit issues came up with the home, she worked with the other realtor to quickly get them resolved. She even took extra time to tour the home with our Bible study group. Overall she did an excellent job.
