Kim Stephens

Kim was great to work with! Great at problem solving and helping us get to the closing table! So easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Kim helped us buy our first house in Colorado many years ago. I remembered her patience with us through the process and her great communication and helpfulness, so I reached out to her when we faced the prospect of selling a home in Denver from out of state. She was so helpful and had so many resources to help us when we needed to have the home cleaned inside and out, repairs done, flooring and painting done, etc. It was a difficult prospect to sell an older entry level home in the current market, especially with a less than desirable floor plan. She worked diligently to bring in offers to get the home sold as quickly as possible with the circumstances. We appreciate her hard work and dedication!
