Kristin Rafferty-Burdine

Kristin is wonderful! She is so kind and supportive! She made the process very easy. Highly recommend.

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Kristin made the whole process run smoothly during a stressful time for me. She kept me in the loop about everything, reminded me when I needed it, and helped me stay calm. I felt that when asking her advice that she was completely honest with me. The best part was that she handled getting the most skilled and reasonably priced contractors to handle post inspection issues. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Kristin went above and beyond what I expected from my realtor! She was totally involved with everything during a very stressful time. I don't know if I would have gotten through the whole process without her. She is honest, reliable and so easy to work with. She is so knowledgeable and has a long list of contacts for any post inspection home repair. I am so thankful she guided me through selling and buying my new home!
