Kristy Kyles

Kristy stayed vigilant and worked hard to get my house sold. After 3 failed contracts, banks refusing to fund, even after pre-approval, she stayed positive and didnt let my hopes waiver. She continued to do open houses and advertise my home continuously. I gave up hope in my mind, but she never did!!! I went through a complicated and long divorce, so my ex was difficult to communicate with. Kristy stayed unbiased and professional, even when my ex was being abrasive and uncooperative. Kristy is amazing with conflict resolution and making sure both parties needs and wants were met. If you are selling because of a divorce, trust me, Kristy will get your house sold, while doing it professionally, along with making sure the legal aspect of the divorce decree is being followed. If Kristy cant sell it, then no one can!

We had the pleasure of working with Kristy not only on the purchase of our new home but also previously when she helped us lease another property. Throughout both experiences, she was professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to helping us achieve our goals. Our home search wasn’t easy. We submitted several offers before finally finding the right home, but Kristy never wavered. She was available at a moment’s notice, quickly scheduling showings, answering questions, and helping us act fast when opportunities arose. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the process. What stood out most was her perseverance. Even when offers didn’t work out, she remained positive, encouraged us to keep going, and continued working tirelessly on our behalf. Her knowledge, patience, and commitment made a stressful process much easier. We are incredibly grateful for everything Kristy did for our family and highly recommend her to anyone looking!
