Lani Grimaldi-Pierie

Lani was a fantastic referral! Our journey to find a new home started with Lani abt 5 yrs ago. She paid close attention to what we wanted, and showed us homes that came close to or matched our requirements. Even though we did not find a home right away, Lani was wonderfully patient with us and kept in touch with us over the years. She always made herself available for us whenever we would come into Prescott for a visit. When we finally found the home of choice and in the right community, Lani stayed in close contact with us during the whole process of us selling our home in California, and the acquisition of our new home in Prescott. She guided us through the ups and downs, and provided us with sound advice. Lani is responsive, trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, well-respected in the community, and a true professional! Thank you, Lani...for everything! We were blessed to have you as our Real Estate agent!

Lani was great throughout our home buying experience. She was committed to understanding & meeting our needs. She was patient & informative. Her communication was excellent. We would definitely use Lani in the future & recommend her to others.

Throughout the process of selling our home Lani was professional and communicative. She took the time to understand our needs and concerns and worked hard to ensure a smooth and successful sale. Lani is good at what she does, understanding the market well and navigating relationships with grace and tact. I would highly recommend Lani for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Quadcity area.
