"I knew Lauren previously and was very impressed with her sales record and the great marketing she did for her properties. We prepared to sell for approximately 1 year prior to contacting her and during that time I watched her business and was throughly convinced that she was the agent for us. Lauren did a great job for us. She helped us buy the home of our dreams, and then helped us navigate the selling process of our other home seamlessly. She suggested needed improvements to help us get top dollar for the property, helped select painting and flooring for a great neutral look, staged the property beautifully, had amazing photos taken, and marketed the property so that we got multiple offers over asking price within a matter of 2 days. She explained things in easy to understand terms, made sure we understood and were comfortable when making decisions, and went above and beyond when we had hiccups with the house. "Lauren more than earned her commission. In fact, I'm not sure she didn't lose money. I have had agents in the past that were over-paid. I never felt that way about Lauren. From the moment we started working with her, she went over and beyond anything we could have hoped for. We got an offer the first weekend and then ran into problems with the buyer getting mortgage approval. Lauren did everything she could including some things that the other agent should have been doing. She worked hard to make sure this deal went through.
