Leah Dowling

Leah is amazing! This home buying process was remarkably smooth and uneventful. She is the most helpful and attuned agent I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond my expectations, guided me forward and supported the management of details that were outside my wheelhouse. I'm so grateful she walked along side me with every detail of this process. I highly recommend Leah Dowling!

It was a true pleasure to work with Leah, from start (listing and staging) to finish (the end result). Her advice was always informed, while the choices remained mine. Leah is a consummate professional who also makes the process enjoyable. In addition to her negotiation skills, her recommendations for professionals to accomplish any tasks resulted in effective, efficient, and cost-effective referrals. She is committed to providing the best possible services for her clients throughout the real estate process.

While I am not a first time home buyer the process did still feel a bit overwhelming, but Leah made sure I felt supported every step of the way! She immediately sprung into action when a casual open house turned into a decision to put a bid on a house that felt so uniquely perfect for me. She helped me feel confident in my decision and I would recommend anyone, especially someone who is new to or not very experienced with home buying, to use Leah as their realtor!
