Hey there! My name is Lex Kress, and I was born and raised in Regina, so I know this city inside and out. I have obtained my Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina in 2008, and have a multitude of experience in Marketing and Finance.

I am a licensed REALTOR® since 2016, registered to trade in Residential, Commercial, and Farm & Acreaes real estate and of course new construction homes and condos. I have impeccable attention to detail, very organized and am confident no matter what your real estate need is, I can help!

Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I worked on the Development side of the business underwriting surety bonds for developers for all the new subdivisions of Regina at Western Surety - A Hill Company. I was also the Commercial Surety Manager of Western Canada, the Marketing Manager and managed the administration department at Western Surety for nearly 8 years.

In 2010, I started my own wedding planning business, Old, New, Borrowed & Blue Wedding and Event Planning in Regina. Over 10 years (2010-2020) I planned over 150 events!
