Lindsay and Dave worked seamlessly as a team, each lending their individual strengths and experience to guide us - yet we never felt as though something was missing when one of them wasn't physically present. Especially as they are excellent, professional, and very immediate communicators, our search (literally all over the greater Philadelphia area) was the easiest one could imagine because of their intimate knowledge of the housing market. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, and might consider our friends/family foolish for using anyone else!
