MARITZA JIMENEZ

I didn’t know Maritza before our home-buying journey, but I can say with complete confidence: there is nobody I would rather have in my corner. We were trying to do the nearly impossible in a tough Los Angeles market while navigating NACA, and Maritza showed up with tenacity, patience, professionalism, and heart every step of the way. She was punctual, prepared, honest, and fully present for every showing, inspection, appraisal, and difficult decision. We almost settled for a property that only made sense on paper, but Maritza helped us find an incredible fourplex in a neighborhood we truly love. When the process felt overwhelming, she made sure we understood our rights, responsibilities, and options. She supported us, challenged us when needed, and fought for us with grace and integrity. Maritza is exceptional at what she does, and anyone who has the chance to work with her should. She is truly the person you want by your side, and she has become a dear personal friend of ours.
