"I thought Mariella Guillama did an excellent job in marketing my house and getting top dollar for the property. I liked that she scheduled a stager to tell me what I needed to do to get the house read to go on sale. I thought she also did an excellent job with the photographer that took pictures of my house.

"I interviewed several brokers from a variety of real estate firms, and Mariella was the only one who presented and discussed a document explaining exactly how she determined the asking price for my home, ie, she did her homework so to speak. As a result, my home was put on the market for substantially more than the other brokers recommended, and it sold in one day for slightly over asking price. "Mariella would be hard to beat. We worked with her to purchase or first home in 2010 when we had a small budget, and now when our budget has grown. Despite the change in how much commission she stood to gain she was available, always had our interests at heart, and there was never pressure to get an offer in to close a sale. We always felt in control and that she was there to support us. Even with the added challenge of us living in the Northwest while purchasing in Raleigh, she ensured no details were missed.

"Mariella kept things rolling on an expedited basis, I certainly would not have closed on one house and purchased another house on the same day without her extra efforts. She was remarkable and I think that translates to experienced, skillful and dedicated.
Mariella for sure had my best interests as her prime motivator. I do know that in two important areas she was tough as nails (in a polite way). First she was very clear and made strong recommendations on settling for a price. She always cleared things with me, but she made suggestions that I may have gotten a bit weak on and caved, but she was right and got me more money. Let's face it, that is very important. Another area she made a great impact was in negotiating which buyer 'fixes' I would agree to do. She kept this list manageable and fair I think - well done.
Mariella did a superior job to handle every sort of condition that 'popped up' due to various problems especially in regards to the VA loan being more demanding on the seller. Bottom line is that when inevitably some problems occurred, Mariella and her entire team worked tirelessly and gave extra efforts to get things straightened out. Much appreciated."

"We were initially steered towards DayMark because of their unusually low rate of 4.5% commission. We were at first, a little sceptical because of that, but we couldn't have been more wrong. Mariella Guillama is an exceptionally conscientious, experienced and well-informed person, who felt more like a friend than a Realtor.
We started working with Mariella at the end of January 2019, to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more delighted. She brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online. The photos were amazing and truly showed off the house to its full potential. Mariella also brought in a designer to stage our home using our own furniture. It was incredible how moving and removing items, made such a difference.
Our house went on the market at 10.00am on a Monday. We had multiple offers including two over asking price, and went under contract the next day!
Mariella is a true consummate professional. She is knowledgeable, understanding, has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with. We completed the sale in 3 weeks. It could have been sooner but we needed the extra time to clear out!
As aliens from 'over the pond' and not used to the way we sell houses here, this was truly an amazing experience due to the superb work of Mariella Guillama and her team at DayMark, whom we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

"This was the first home purchase for my husband and I. We were not confident about knowing the process of purchasing a house and all that was involved.
