Marilyn Williams

I worked with Marilyn Williams for essentially 3 years straight. She first found us our rental and then a property for purchase. We had very specific needs and it turned into a long process of showings, almost closings, and finally helping us secure the perfect place for us. Throughout it all, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accessible. She never became frustrated with the process and the long duration it took to find the home for us. I'd never use another realtor in the future as long as she's still working and would recommend her to anyone looking for property in the Texoma region.

I have worked with Marilyn numerous times and will not work with any other realtor. She is very responsive to my calls and questions. I value her opinion.

I was a first time buyer, so I often leaned heavily On Marilyn's experience and knowledge as we searched for the right home, I do not believe I would've ended up with the perfect house with the best price were it not for her. I am forever grateful and will 100% recommend her to loved ones and I'll definitely be requesting Marilyn should I ever be selling and searching on the market ever again.
