Mario DeCristofaro

I highly recommend Mario as a RE agent. I could not have possibly purchased my SF without his help. He was very patient, responsive, and honest from start till end. I have been looking for a home for the past 3 years or more. The reason why this goal materialized was because of Mario's help. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

We were relocating from Buffalo to Boston and knew almost nothing about the city. We reached out to Mario six months before the move, and he was so accommodating from our very first conversation. When we finally confirmed our moving date with only two weeks’ notice, he booked 17 condo appointments in two days. He drove us around, showed us Boston, and went to every appointment and viewing with us, all while keeping up with our very dynamic, eccentric needs. We weren’t the easiest pair to find a home for, but Mario was patient and made the whole experience feel easy. He negotiated our offer like a true professional and stayed with us through closing. Even afterward, he kept checking in to make sure we were settled. What could have been a very stressful couple of months was so much better because of him. Mario went well beyond what we would ever expect from a realtor, and we could not be more grateful. We would recommend him without hesitation.

We had a fantastic experience working with Mario during the sale of our condo. He was consistently polite, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented—nothing ever slipped through the cracks. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process; he was always available and ready to answer our questions, no matter how small. He truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
