Marty Pettiford

Working with Marty was an absolute blessing! She was amazing from start to finish. Knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire homebuying process. Every question I had, she was able to answer confidently and clearly, which made me feel at ease every step of the way. As a veteran, I really appreciated her support and expertise with the VA loan process. She made sure I understood everything and advocated for me to get the best possible outcome. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly knows their stuff and genuinely cares about their clients, especially veterans, I highly recommend Marty!

I had a wonderful experience in my journey with Marty. I appreciate her availability whenever I needed her for a showing even if I notified her late at night. She understood the assignment and was going above and beyond to help us achieve our goal of ownership. I will greatly recommend Marty for future reference as a real estate agent.
