Matt Donnelly

Matt is the best. I am a first time home buyer. Matt helped me think through how to make an offer. Matt was extremely patient and thorough in explaining process steps to me as we worked to get to closing. He made sure I knew what interim milestone was next at any given time and what was needed from me. He could answer any question I had and always took his time to do so. He had experience and local knowledge that was very valuable to me. He was always quick to respond and always professional. Matt's resources and connections also all came through for me, and were equally as knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Matt made sure that my closing went off without any hiccups and made me feel like he was definitely there to advocate for me. I would recommend Matt to anyone.
