Meaghan Klingler

We had such a wonderful experience working with Meaghan and are so glad that we were introduced to her. She is knowledgeable, honest, and very professional. She made an often stressful experience feel manageable with her clear communication and calm demeanor. We would absolutely recommend working with Meaghan and credit her to our positive house-selling experience!

Meaghan is a joy to work with. She was caring and professional during my home purchase and made good recommendations throughout the process.

Meaghan was a fantastic partner in selling our investment condo. Due to our tenant moving out early, we found ourselves with an unexpected opportunity to quickly sell our unit while still being paid rent on it. We worked with Meaghan to develop a strategic plan to prep, list, and sell the property all within a tight 60-day window. We weren't sure we could pull it off, but Meaghan assessed the market demand accurately, developed an effective pricing strategy, and even provided great tips on prepping and staging our unit economically. She handled all the heavy lifting for us including communicating and getting what we needed from an unresponsive property management company that was difficult to deal with. In the end, our sale closed within the timeframe we had set, and Meaghan's pricing strategy brought us an additional $33,000 of income above what we would have accepted for our unit! We're thrilled with the results Meaghan delivered for us!
