Melesa Hudson

Best agent we've ever worked with. Great through 2 transactions.

Melesa is an amazing and personable realtor whose core values shine through at every step of the home-buying or selling process. I've been on both sides with Melesa, and her work ethic and knowledgeable approach are 'top tier' among realtors in the Houston area.

We met Melesa Hudson at one of her open houses and she made such an impression on me that no matter how many open houses we went to or how many agents we met I knew she was the agent I wanted to work with! She is professional, organized and a warm caring person. She provided us excellent advice and information to list our home. She was very knowledgeable about what buyers were looking for and which improvements would see the greatest return on our investment. She was patient with us at every stage and communicated consistently with next steps. She efficiently lined up all of the documents and followed a consistent timeline to be ready in a busy and competititve market. She is an agent you can trust to follow the rules and conducts herself in a professional manner. If we ever buy or sell another home, I would pick her again in a heartbeat!
