Melissa Vivenzio, PA

I am completely elated by the work that Melissa has done for me to successfully, quickly, accurately, confidently, and actually enjoyable home purchasing experience. There were zero avoidable or unavoidable issues that blind sided me. Melissa answered honestly and accurately all questions I asked and responded in a professional communicative manner to me. It was such a relief when I first spoke with Melissa, I could immediately recognize that she was a realtor who knew her occupation fully and I knew she was exactly who I wanted and needed to go through this very intimidating process.

Having lost both of my parents in a short period of time certainly put a tremendous amount of stress and emotion on me and my husband. Then came the burden of cleaning out their home and selling the property. To some, they may find it easier to do , but for me it was a highly emotional task going through year's of memories and being forced to give most of it away. I had an extremely close relationship with my parents and spent most of my adult life close. by. Having said that, this made it very critical to me and my husband to find the right real estate agent who. truly understood the tremendous emotions that went with the sale and who would give me space when needed and allow me to continue grieving through this process and we found that with Melissa. Melissa took on the emotional support needed for me but also the task on selling a condo in a marketplace that was declining. Our building had several other units that were already on the market and were not selling. Melissa was awesome

Fantastic experience from start to finish Only took 2 days to sell my south st Pete Condo in a terrible condo market. Melissa is a great example of someone at the top of her profession I wouldn't use anyone Else if I ever buy another condo in Florida
