Michael Consoli

Michael Consoli was excellent. We couldn't have been any happier using him. He was extremely professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what was expected. He made us feel extremely comfortable through this whole process of selling our home. I can't thank him enough. If you need a realtor, Michael Consoli should be your first phone call.

I would highly recommend Michael Consoli to anyone looking for a real estate broker to represent them in the Merrimack Valley area. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of Michael's efforts and it was a pleasure to work with him throughout the sales process which can be very stressful. His assurance that he would be present as often as possible for all showings of the property to accumulate buyer feedback and advise me of their comments was very important. I previously used another broker who never came to the showings, causing us to miss buyer input. Michael's presence at showings gave us that feedback and allowed us to focus improvements in the property to make it more saleable. Michael understood our needs and was responsive to our questions and was always willing to provide timely feedback. If I was still in the area I would definitely use Michael Consoli as my broker for my real estate transactions.
