Michelle Schroeder

Michelle and her team truly live up to the 'Going Beyond' name. They exceeded every expectation we had as first time home buyers, and we feel so thankful to have worked with them. We had minimal knowledge of the home buying process and they were there to diligently walk us through each step with patience and understanding. Their knowledge of Chicago was instrumental in helping us find our home. Could not recommend enough!

Both Michelle and Britain were extremely helpful and super quick every time we needed to schedule a house tour or needed their insights/feedback. I 100% recommend their work. Great experience!

Michelle and her team went above and beyond when listing our home. We listened to their advice, and because of that we had 5 above asking offers in under one week on the market. They dealt with every aspect of the sale and negotiations with professionalism and effectiveness. They were a great team to work with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.
